how do I change my device settings to the US

I have moved from the UK to the US and I am unable to download US apps on my Note 4 from the Play store. How do I change this?

Hello. Welcome to Android Central.

Have you gone to the Accounts section of the full Gmail / Google desktop website and changed your details.

Are you using a US sim?

Try the Google - Help section.

On Edit: https://www.google.com/settings/dashboard
It may depend on your Play Store payment account/cc card as well.
Someone here will know better.
