How do I change my ip address when I'm on 4G?

Hey dudes, just curious how do I change my ip address when I'm on 4G? Also is that the only thing an admin of a website/forum look for when seeing if I have previous accounts before? One of my accounts was unfairly banned, in my opinion, on Gamefaqs forums and I am not able to create more accounts.

I don't think you can . I not sure if even changing the Sim card would change the IP address then again it might .

Toggling mobile data off/on or rebooting will usually cause a change in IP address. To see your IP address, go to: What Is My IP | The IP Address Experts Since 1999. Toggle mobile data off/on, then refresh the webpage and check if the IP address changed. Also try clearing cookies and cache from the web browser as those can be used to track you as well.
