How do I change the apps in my favorites dock on my Galaxy S8

Hi! I used to have the phone, camera, all apps, messages, and chrome buttons on in the favorites dock at the bottom of my screen but somehow, I lost the chrome button. How do I add it back?

Welcome to Android Central! Drag and drop the Chrome icon back to the favorites dock. Is that not possible with the phone's launcher?

I did but when I do, it kinda locks up. Like it doesn't fall into place and the icon is just stuck until I restart the phone and then it's gone again.

What if you remove one of the apps in the dock first, and then add the Chrome icon?
