How do I change the call rejection message on my Note 8?

I've searched the entire phone to no avail. I want to make my call rejection messages personal and cannot locate where and how to change them.

If you mean what I think you do, try calling your own phone number from your cell; from there you should have the option to change your greeting. At the very least, you will hear a recording with further information.

Not quite sure if this is what you need but open your phone app, hit the 3 vertical dots top right and hit settings, from there hit quick decline messages then choose one or custom your own
