How do I change the color of the clock on my home screen

I am trying to change the color of the numbers on the clock widget on my home screen on my Samsung Galaxy Note 8. I can change it on the lock screen but not on the home screen when you unlock the phone. Any ideas?

If there's no method showing to change them, no, except for rewriting the app that's showing them.
