How do I change the device that receives what I purchase on Google Play

Hi,

Please help me before I pull out all my hair. I want to download apps from google play. However it only wants to send to a device I no longer have. I search google for answers of how to remove and replace with my new device but I keep finding answers to other stuff that isn't relevant to my problem. So please someone tell me how to add a device to google play.

When you press Install, there's a dropdown. Drop it down and choose your current device. (If you're doing it from the website, you have to be logged in to the Google account on that device.)

Thanks for your reply Rukbat, the problem I'm having is that I don't know how to add my new device to that drop down. I don't know where to register it or do whatever it is that has to be done to have it included.
