How do I change the time on a clock on a widget on a Samsung Note 8

The clock on the phone itself is correct but now that the time changed the clock on the widget won't update. I've turned it off and on I've removed the app and replaced it. Any suggestions? Samsung note 8.

is the widget using a specific location?
try and turn on location service for a few minutes and open the widget to see if it updates

Try updating the widget. Also, go into Date and Time in the Device Settings and check and uncheck both settings for Automatic date and time and Automatic time zone.

I have the same issue. Nothing had updated the time that I've tried so far. Weird.

Just went through the same thing on my gf's S6.
Seems to be only on the Samsung widget.
