How do I clean up files?

Hi, I would like to clean up the files on both my phone and my sd card. I just don't know what I can get rid of and what I can keep. I'm back on GB so I'm not even sure which is my phone and which is the sd card in explorer. I suppose I could pull the sd card and figure it out though. I have a usb storage folder that's empty, can I delete it? I have folders for apps I don't use or have installed for example TunnyBrowser (which I think is Dolphin HD?), can I just delete that folder?

I have an empty podcasts folder. Is that something that will create itslef if I ever need it?

If anyone can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it. Thanks

You can delete every folder from your memory. As long as you do not have up to root set in your settings anything you are able to delete will be restored if your system needs it. Yes you can delete USB storage. External SD card is the external SD card. So everything you are seeing is internal. Also there are apps like SD maid which can help
