How Do I Clear Battery Stats?

I've been trying to save battery on my phone lately, so I'm only turning on the 3G when I need it. I've had my phone unplugged for nine hours with a little bit of useage, and about 95% of the time, my 3G has been off. What surprised me the most is that I still have 100% battery. I highly doubt I've saved that much so can somebody tell me how to clear my battery stats?
