How do I conect my note4 to my TV using a wire

Get an MHL to HDMI adapter specifically made for the Note 4. (Samsung doesn't do anything generically - almost every model line uses a different MHL setup.)

The easiest way, of course, would be something like a Chromecast device plugged into the TV, and Google Home running in the phone. No wires and it won't matter what phone you use, as long as Google Home runs in it.

Not for MHL for a phone that supports MHL. Not possible at all for a phone that doesn't support it. The Note 4 supports MHL 3.
