How do I configure Priority Notifications?

Priority Notifications

On my Asus Zenwatch 2, it has the option for priority notifications. How do I configure what apps are priority? Is it default to just text messages and calls? I have the Note 5 and since it has touch wiz I don't think that it has the lollipop priority notifications. Is there an app that I should use to manage this? Thanks

App Manager in Settings> Select the app you want to give priority to> select Notifications> Turn on Treat as priority

Yeah but when you do that then it allows it to still vibrate while do not disturb is on. When I have do not disturb on I don't want any notifications at all (not even a vibrate).
I know there are exceptions for the do not disturb but even though there are no exceptions it still vibrates (since it's priority)
What would be best is if when I have priority mode on I only get vibrations from calls or texts from few specific contacts. Thanks
