i enabled the playmemoreis camera remote control app on my a7rii and then i entered the camera network name and password on the phone wi-fi page. the phone says "connected, but no internet access" (of course i don't want internet access, i want camera access) and the camera continually says 'connecting'. please help. i know this worked with the camera and a prior smartphone and android os.
