How do I delete a non-word from predictive text?

In my Samsung S7 predictive text will often enter a word that is not a real word. As an example, when I tried to write "have" it often enters "habe". Habe is not a real word in English (habe is the German word for have, however I do not have German selected on my phone.)
I have followed the advice to "clear personal data" but that did not work. I even uninstalled and reinstalled keyboards and languages. It still predicts "habe" when I type "have" in a text message.

Is the keyboard set to German? If it is, it will make suggestions from its internal list of words, and a common word like habe would be in there.
