How do I delete a synced calendar on my Samsung calendar?

Delete the account that it's syncing to.

Depending on which OS version you have, I'd look in Settings, then Accounts. Some account types sync several things (email and contacts), and you have the option to turn off the ones you don't want if you can edit the account.
