Welcome to the forums. Which apps are you looking at deleting? Keep in mind some can only be disabled, not totally removed.

There are several ways to un install apps. Here is one.
1. Long press on the app icon you want to un install
2. A few 0ptions will appear at the top of the screen.
3. If un install is one of them slide the app icon to to that, if not slide it up to app info. From there you can select un install.

4. If it is a pre loaded or system app you wont be able to un install it. Unless you are rooted. In that case you can disable it. Sellect Turn off.
