Welcome to Android Central! Open the Photos app (the one with the pinwheel icon), and delete the photo there. Or you could go to your Google+ Photos website on your computer, select Album view, and delete the Auto Backup folder there. Don't forget to turn off Google+ Auto Backup, if you don't want photos to be backed up automatically any more.
