I do not want emojis to be suggested after I have used them on my LG Stylo 2 Plus. Should I do the following: LG Keyboard app, Force Stop, Clear Cache, Clear Data? Or this there another method? Thank you.

In your keyboard settings, in Settings, Language & Input, Keyboard, Preferences, do you have Show Emojis In Symbols Keyboard? I do, but I'm using Gboard on a Nexus 5. Anyway, that setting can be switched off, should you have anything similar.
The procedure that you describe would not change the setting that suggests used emojis, but it would probably clear the existing suggestions.
