How do I delete the following floating message on my Turbo Droid?

How do I delete a floating message on my Turbo Droid?

Says it is from “Us.reconnoitered571ri.xyz”.
And only pops up when I am reading Google News on my phone, not an issue when using my tablet.
I've run several virus scans (latest versions) which indicate my phone is virus free, yet the message still pops up,

BTW, Your site will not let me attach a picture of the message to my question!

Welcome to Android Central! Are you following these steps to post the screenshot? http://forums.androidcentral.com/ge...ide-how-post-screenshots-android-central.html. Are you on the desktop forum site, or one of the apps? You might have to post a few more times before the system allows you to post an image.

By "floating message," do you mean it's a system notification that appears in the middle of the screen (usually with a dark grey background)? Or does it look more like a browser popup?
