how do I delete outlook app from my S4?

Outlook won't run on my phone. Gmail and Yahoo work fine. Outlook is always trying to load. I went to setting to delete it. When I tap on "remove" it begins loading and loading. Never deletes the app.

Welcome to Android Central! Are you talking about the Outlook.com app? Open your Google Play store, swipe in from the left, tap My Apps, find Outlook.com, and tap Uninstall. Does that work? If not, go to the App Manager, tap Outlook.com, and tap Uninstall.

The only reason you wouldn't be able to uninstall the app is if it were a preinstalled piece of bloatware, but I doubt that Outlook.com would be included as bloatware on an Android phone (unless it was the ill-fated Nokia X).
