how do I delete verizon's apn

i would like to delete verizon from the apn list. i switched to at&t and have everything working fine with h+. if i put in my vzw sim i can edit the apn name only. without vzw sim i cant touch it.
is there a hidden menu that allows you to edit/ delete the LTE - Verizon Internet?
