How do I disable Incognito mode on Chrome for a Droid Maxx?

Disabling Incognito mode on Chrome for Droid Maxx

I have searched and searched and cannot find out how to do this. Can someone help.

The user needs to activate incognito tab on Chrome. It is not a default option. It is also a function of most Internet engines. I don't believe there is a way to prevent someone from choosing it unless it is under parental controls.
