How do i video call?

I updated my galaxy S6 this morning and it gives me the option to video call, but when i attempt to video call it says "video calling is currently unavailable, call connected as voice only."

I'm assuming you're on AT&T? You have to have Enhanced LTE Services enabled in you settings. And still only a handful of devices support video calling. Right now those are the Samsung GS6 and GS7 and the LG G4, G5 and V10. If you're not calling someone with one of those phones that also has their Enhanced LTE Services activated then it won't happen.
