How do I downgrade from 8.0 to 7.0 with a Samsung Galaxy S7?

I am currently using a Samsung Galaxy S7. I upgraded to 8.0 a couple of months ago and it's only brought about problems. My phone runs slower now too. How do I downgrade to 7.0?

Sprint is my carrier.

Of course, the Nougat ROM doesn't have any of your things on it, so be sure to back up everything first. (There's no "downgrade" path, only an upgrade path. "Downgrading means starting with a new [clean - nothing you've installed] phone with an older version of the ROM.)
