how do I edit screens?

I just bought the Sense and it is my first android. I just gave up my iPhone so I am going through the learning curve. So many searches are in my future. I want to know how to repeat the factory loaded " home " screens. I don't want the people,HTC, and friend locator. I want to be able to load up those screens with one touch apps. I need to make this as seemless as possible as I use this for buisness.

Erm. What?

To get rid of a widget, long press it and then drag it to the little trash can. To add new widgets, long press the home screen.

As a rule of thumb, long pressing anything in android will allow you to edit and move it, or bring up a pop-up menu for further options. Just remember that and you should be fine.
