How to enable USB debugging from bootloader (HTC One M8)

Hi guys, my rooted HTC One M8 is currently softbricked after I tried to install a OTA update with a stock recovery. I have a up to date and clean TWRP back-up, on my computer, however I firstly need to flash TWRP recovery to phone. However since I do not have USB debugging enabled I cannot flash the TWRP recovery and therefore restore the back-up which would take my phone out of the bootloop and back to how it was before. Is there anyway of enabling USB debugging through the bootloader?

P.S I cannot create a new thread on XDA Developers as I am a new member and have to post 10 times to be able to ask questions, I have submitted the form asking to have access to ask questions earlier.

Thanks

Sign up with a new account here and you'll be able to post to this thread, to keep the conversation in one place.

As for how you do that with an HTC, you'll have to wait for someone else to answer - I don't have experience with HTC phones.

You should be able to flash TWRP via fastboot.
