How do i enable usb mass storange on a samsung galaxy s3 for double twist?

I am having great difficulty and really need some help.
I just want to get the music from double twist on my pc to my phone.

Your choces are MTP (file transfer) or PTP (camera), there's no more "USB Mass Storage). MTP should work (and should be the default when you plug the phone into the computer).
