How do I end one of the calls on conference call without hanging up both calls?

not possible, the three callers are all on the same call. Each person can disconnect themselves but nobody can disconnect just 1 person without the other, besides themselves. Seems dumb to me. They should set up a 3-way call leader who can mute, kick, and do whatever to everybody. Apps like UberConference in playstore have these types of features.
