How do I extend the text message bubble for long messages?

Every since the update on my S7, whenever I wrote a long text message it always gets boxed up with the button "View All" which opens it on another page!

Has this been permanently changed or am I just a super spud that can't figure out how to change it?

Seems to be the new way to do things...

Only for some people apparently. I don't have to do any of that. Must be the provider they are using.
