how do you factorys my sgs5m whne i cant get in to it?

i had it in my pocket and the fingerprint got rubed and now i can us fingerprint and i have forgotten the password and now i whant to factoryse it plz help me

Welcome to Android Central! You forgot the backup PIN? This is the very reason why you're asked to select and remember a backup PIN when you start using the fingerprint scanner.

Try bringing the phone to the store where you bought it, or a Samsung Store in the nearest Best Buy (if you're in the US), and see if they can help you.
