How do I find Download Manager on my S10+?

I can't seem to find this.

Go to Settings>Apps, tap Menu, then Show System. (It's a system app, so it doesn't show up immediately in the full Settings>Apps​ list.)

There's nothing you can do with it, though. It's not the same as a desktop download manager.

I figured the OP was looking to clear its app cache/data.
