How do I find my note 3 product key?

Just got a note 3 and after the initial set up process a green screen appear saying all packages aren't install enter product key. Where do i find the product key?

I have never seen that on any Samsung I have ever used. Did you buy this from an individual or a used phone site?

I got it from a mobile store, it was working fine until it died. When it came back on it works fine for a few minutes then this screen persistently pops up

Have you talked to the store about it? Off the top of my head, the only thing I could think of is a Knox product key, but I've never had one required on any AT&T Samsung.

Factory reset or factory flash stock firmware? Perhaps they rooted it and modified the stock firmware or something.

Thanks I figured it out, the store had all their phone with their own lock in case someone tried to bypass the code. Now i can't get this EULA agreement to go away

This is as I expected. You can try to maybe flash a stock firmware over this, but I am not familiar enough with this phone to perform such feats.
