How do i find out if my account has been hacked

[Android Central Question]

When I make calls & send text's they go to another account then sent from that number to destination or not! When trying call to the routed number it also rings my phone but sometimes it don't. My brother is my backup account and he sometimes gets my emails & his number shows up as calling more than 10-50 times when he hasn't called. When I hold the message shortcut button it list my brothers phone number and then = sign next line is 82-32 then a = next line is another friend or foes phone number with an = sign then last line is a + new conversation = ! Confused help me please
