How do i fix a failed jailbreak for a Galaxy Core Prime?

My cousin failed to jailbreak his phone and he tried to restart it and now it turns on and runs but its won't download apps (tried to download clash of clans and it told him he couldn't) and when u try to update it, it says can't updade a modified version, as a result he can't download apps.

Welcome to the forums. You would have to reflash the stock ROM with a PC program called Odin. You can see if the stock files are on either samsung updates or Sammobile.

I would hard reset the phone by pulling the battery and then pressing the power, volume up and home keys together. Once thats done, use kingoroot for pc or mac to root the device. I did and i have no problems downloading anything.
