How to fix Samsung S6 black screen. Now shows setup wizard.. how to NOT do a factory restore.

My S6 seems to get the black screen about once a week. On my old S4 I would pull the battery. This time when I got to the system menu & chose "reboot" (not factory reset or other options), the phone looked like it was rebooting.. the Samsung graphic & sounds were correct. But then a "setup wizard" screen is displayed ... help., please

Welcome to Android Central! If you're getting the Setup Wizard, then the phone might have already done a factory reset. What happens when you finish the Setup Wizard?
