How do I fix boot loop on GS5?

[Android Central Question]

When you turn the device on, it shows the Galaxy S 5 logo and stays there for three to five seconds. Then the screen goes black, the phone vibrates, and the logo appears again. It will do this until it runs out of power. I have changed the battery out for a brand new one. Any fixes?
