I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 tablet and for awhile now it hasn't been charging. It's basically on life support right now because I have the charger in it all the time. When it's charging the battery level never increases or decreases, just stays the same(13%). I've been looking up on how to fix this and I've gotten some good results, but I'm afraid that if I don't do it correctly I'll lose all my data (pictures, game progress, ect.) Will I lose all my data if I do these fixes? The worst thing is is that the percentage is at 13 and that's in the low danger zone, and I'm afraid that if I do unplug the charger and the battery decreases and drains to 0, I'll never be able to recharge the device again. Like I said, this has been going on for awhile. I was charging it overnight because it was at 13%, then the next morning it was still at 13%! I was really shocked because I've done this a few time before- and even with my old tablet- and it was always fully charged in the morning. I waited it out hoping it would charge completely but it never went beyond 13%. The table's not even that old and I made sure I didn't overcharge it like my last tablet I had. The last tablet I had also had a charging problem and that's how it died. I hope you can help! Even if you tell me the same advice as the websites I've looked up, could you at least tell me if my data (pictures, gaming progress, ect.) will be OK? Thanks.
