How do I fix my galaxy S5

I was looking at facebook and my phone decided to reboot. Now it keeps rebooting over and over and when it boots up it says all of the apps have stopped working. Example the keyboard and touch screen software stops working. I've done a hard reboot on it and the problem persist. Can anything be done?

Welcome to AC.

By hard reboot, do you mean Factory Reset?

Also, it may be worth trying Safe Mode, which will test whether third-party apps are causing trouble; and, if you are using an SD card, unmounting and removing it to see whether that is causing trouble.
