How to fix HTC One (M7 Verizon) boot loop?

My phone was rooted, s-off, bootloader unlocked and bug free for a while. Then, I installed an update to Cyanogenmod and it started boot looping. I RUUd to fix it, but for some HORRIBLE reason, I s-ond. Like an *****. So, my phone was working fine after that, S-on, still rooted, locked BL. After a time, it downloaded some updates from the play store. After that happened, I had an alert in my notification bar to restart to update the lockscreen. So, I did. Stuck me in a boot loop again! I RUUd again and this fixed it, until that update notification came up again and I obliged. So, this time, I just factory reset from the BL, not RUU, and I ignored that restart notification. However, I had to turn my phone off for standardized testing today, and when I turned it back on, boot loop! This is the first time I have turned it off since I factory reset. So, this obviously isn't being fixed by a factory reset, and my phone essentially being a RAM disk isn't great. Can someone help me get this to either A. Factory reset and fix the boot loop or B. Fix the BootLoop without losing all my stuff? It would also be helpful if someone could tell me how to unlock the BL and s-off again? I think this phone might not be able to. So for now, I'm screwed. Please, help me.
