How do i fix my lg phone it's back to front its bloody annoying

I have no idea what I've done but all my phone is all backward

Welcome to Android Central! What do you mean "back to front"? Is everything mirrored, or is the layout right-to-left? If the latter, go to Settings>Developer Options​ and look for the Force RTL option -- make sure it's turned off.
