how do I fix my phone?

I sbf'd my X and it stuck at a screen that says
ok to program
connect usb
data cable

what do I do from here, tried a battery pull but it always comes back to this screen

Um you may have erased everything. Open up RSD Lite and get ready to SBF again... plug your phone back in and then when it shows back up in RSD lite press the start button and DO NOT TOUCH THE PHONE UNTIL IT TURNS BACK ON BY ITSELF and then wait a few minutes just to be sure.
