How do I fix my s3 after kit kat update?

I hard reset my s3 as it has been playing up for quite a while after this it told me i could update to kit kat so i did and now it just keeps saying samsung account has stopped so i hard reset it again and now i cant even get through the start up stuff as it says everything else has stopped please HELP!!!

Welcome to Android Central! Was it a system update over the air? Or did you use Kies?

It was a system update. I have no idea what Kies is :/ (not great with technology) I have tried to wipe the cache partition but it hasnt made a difference
