How do I fix my screen not responding to touch on my Samsung Galaxy S7 phone?

My screen is not responding to touch so I tried rebooting it and when it came back on it said it was Network Lock and to unlock it start the Network Lock application and I don't know how to do that please help me out.

This sounds very suspicious; you are going to have to provide a lot more detail.

What phone make/model? What network/carrier? Did you remove or replace the SIM card recently?
