how do i fix my wifi?

my at&t Samsung galaxy s4 wont let me enable the WiFi at all before it would once every so often but then it wouldn't let me enable it. i factory reset it hoping it would help but i immediately regreted that decision because now i cant get on it at all because i need it to connect to wifi so i can set up a new account. what do i do? my aunt said i can take it to the at&t store and they will fix it for free is that true?

Welcome to Android Central! If it's a hardware problem with the wi-fi antenna (or with the motherboard), the AT&T store won't fix it for free. I suggest bringing it to your nearest Best Buy, and see if the Samsung Store rep can help you. Ultimately, you may have to pay for a repair (since the phone is presumably no longer under warranty).
