How to fix sound skipping on the Galaxy S6?

Hi I have the Samsung Galaxy S6 from Rogers, and sometimes when listen to my music, my songs seem to be skipping/ stuttering like in the video. It happens when im playing games, listening to music, any social media video, youtube. I was wondering what could be the problem, if there's something in the settings or its just a defective phone. The way I get rid of the problem is either closing the app several times or restarting my phone, but I do this way too often. I have already factory reset this phone twice, and its a pain in the *** to put all my apps back, but if I have to do it I will. If anyone knows anything about this problems let me know. Thank you.

Sounds bad! Does this also happen directly after a factory reset and before you install all your apps? Maybe one of your apps is causing the problem. Try starting your phone in Safe Mode, turn off your wifi and data connection, and play your music again. If it still doesn't work, then it might be a hardware problem.
