How do I fix the system ui that has stopped on my Motorola X?

How to fix systemui has been stopped in my motoroka x?

After battery is reached to zero my ph was turn off then it was full charged after that " systemui has been stopped" then the screen is black.

Try booting in to recovery mode and wiping the cache partition.

Hi Team,

Tried recovery mode and wiping the cache partition option. But same issue persist. Show as System UI has been stopped.
Please help how this can be fix. Also not able to copy/backup data as when connected to PC only enabled charging mode. Tried to installed drivers on pc but mobile data not appearing when connected to pc.
