How do i flash CM6 to my EVO

all i want to know is how do i flash CM6 to my EVO im not good with android only with webos so i have no idea what to do, i figured out how to root it finally, so yeah explain it in ****** terms please and dont ask me to search the thread because everytime i search em, the only threads i find are people talking way too smart for me and i dont even know where to start so yeah only post if your gonna help because im starting to get frustrated and i want froyo now please thank you.

I wouldn't flash it. I don;t know how you would take bugs, but there are bound to be plenty of them in this build. but anyway:

Load up the zip file onto the SD card.
reboot into recovery (Through ROM manager)
Load the zip file from the menu system.

Well its said that Droid inc is getting Froyo late July early august. So Froyo is coming to the evo 4g you just to be patient my friend. It's now down to the waiting game. Sprint has already said they are preparing it. Problem is that each carrier has to adjust Froyo to there likings. Also with features like video chat and 4g they have to make sure every feature is working correctly before they can release the 2.2 update. I would rather wait and get a finished update instead of getting a update full of bugs.

I am assuming you already rooted the phone? That's the hardest part. I would follow this thread, and install them in order.
