How do I get a capital letter in the middle of an email address

How do I get a capital letter in the middle of an email address whilst using my Samsung S8

It is better not to. The username part of the address is theoretically not case-sensitive but might rarely cause problems. The domain name, which follows @, is not case-sensitive. It is better to use lower-case for all the letters in the address.
