How do I get app icons like Device Care to show up?

How would I get app icons like Device Care, the stock weather ETC to show up on my home screen and app drawer?

If they're in Widgets, long-press the icon, then drag it and the home screen will appear. Drag it there and drop it. (You can't put a widget in the app drawer - "Widgets" is the widgets' "app drawer".

If you don't have a widget or an app in the app drawer, install it from Play.

Device care once you go into it 3 dots add to app screen then from there go app drawer and add to home page also edge panel can access this

For the Google weather tap G in Google search bar then on top of news feed is small weather information tap on that then 3 bars from inside to add it to home screen

Long press your home screen and add widget listed under weather as in below. You can also install other weather widgets.
