Are you asking about this app? GTunes Music Downloader V6 6.61 for Android - Download

That app has been pulled from the Google Play Store for one reason or another so you're taking a risk using it on your device. As for getting the app onto a computer, it's not possible natively, you'd need an emulator. If you're asking about moving the music itself, you'll have to find how/where the music files are stored and moving the files off the device MAY violate TOS of the GMusic service (if there are any).

There are many downsides to many of those music downloaders:
1. They go through who knows where in the world. Not really a concern security wise for a mobile device, but on a PC, that is asking for a virus to be piggybacked.
2. Chances are high that these songs are illegal sharing.
3. The file can be corrupted and not work.
