How do i get mt 12 pad keyboard back when i text in my Samsung S3?

I just did the updates on my phone and all I can get it the normal qwer keyboard but I want my standard 12 pad keyboard back. If you could help that'd be awesome!

Hi. Do you mean you can't get the dial pad when you try to make a call?
